At Studio Bellamine, every piece is handcrafted and made to order with care. Because our products are created specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Made-to-Order Products

All items sold by Studio Bellamine are handmade and produced upon request. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preferences
  • Buyer remorse
  • Orders placed by mistake

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of any damage or defect
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After reviewing your claim, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement item
  • A repair or correction
  • A partial or full refund when appropriate

Non-Eligible Refund Requests

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to the handmade nature of our products
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear after delivery
